Home Workout: Whether your goal is to lose weight or to build muscle, this session is designed to teach you a personalized workout you can do at home using body-weight movements and resistance bands.
Full Body Stretch: This session is designed to relieve tension, increase range of motion, and flexibility, by using assisted and unassisted stretches.
*All equipment provided. Please remember to hydrate beforehand and wear clothes that allow you to move freely. Sessions can be done with just you and the Personal Trainer, or bring a workout partner for a fun experience.
